お経との出会い
私が２００５年11月に台湾に行った際、彰化のデパートで黄思[女亭]のVCDを買い求めました。
アルバムは心靈音樂「問情」と言いその中に入っていた曲のタイトルが「般若波羅蜜多心經」でした。
私は熱烈な仏教徒ではありませんが、小さい頃から仏像を見るのは好きでした。
鎌倉、奈良、京都など何回も有名なお寺の仏様に会いに行ったものです。
また私は横笛も大好きで、赤尾三千子の篠笛のコンサートもよく行きました。
赤尾三千子は篠笛、龍笛、能管など横笛の名手で、彼女の美貌と相まって人気がありました。
彼女は日本の伝統的な横笛奏者でありながら、格式にとらわれず色々なジャンルに挑戦し幅広いレパートリーを
誇っていました。 その中にお経「般若波羅蜜多心經」のアルバムがありました。
私はその曲の斬新さと笛の音とパーカッションとのハーモニーでお経の持つ波動が伝わり大変感激した経験があります。
話を元に戻し、黄思[女亭]の歌うお経を素材にした心靈音樂を聞いて再び心が洗われる思いを味わいました。
ここではお経「般若波羅蜜多心經」。 簡略して「般若心經」の事を述べてみたいと思います。
般若心経について
現在、日本に伝わっている般若心経は、唐の三蔵法師（AD600～664）がインドから持ち帰り
サンスクリット語から漢訳をしたもので、わずか276文字からなりたち最も短い経典です。
般若心経では、私たちの世界にあるもので永遠に存在するものは無いという事を基本に、すなわち
実在しないものは無ではなく空であると説いています。
人間が何かに執着すると、どうしても煩悩に惑わされてしまいます。
それゆえに、ものに捉われない惑わされない心が最も大切です。
その心こそ空であるとしています。 美空ひばりの歌う「柔」がその心情を良く表していると思います。
この空の妙理によって、この世の一切の苦しみや災難は取り除かれるのです。
サンスクリット語
サンスクリットは、古代・中世にインドにおいて公用語と用いられていた言語です。
現在のインドの公用語の一つでもありますが、古典言語であるため現在日常語として
話している人はほとんどいない。
日本では、一般には言語である事を明示してサンスクリット語と呼ばれています。
また、古くは梵語（ブラフマンの言葉）とも呼ばれていました。
お経をあげる功徳
お経の書を「経典」や「教本」といいます。 サンスクリット語で「スートラ」といいますが、
もともとは教えを糸で綴じたものを「お経」と呼んだのが始まりとされています。
お経は「呉音（ごおん）」で読誦（どくじゅ）し、この呼び方を「真読（しんどく）」といいます。
一般的に、お経とは、お葬式や法事の時に、僧侶が誦経（じゅきょう）するのをただ静粛に聞く事と勘違いを
している人が多いものです。 勿論、故人を偲び、僧侶に誦経をしていただき供養をすることは大切なことです。
お経とは、単に読んだり覚えたりするためのみではなく、唱えるその人に授けられるものなのです。
お経は、声を出して読むことを、読経（どきょう）・読誦（どくじゅ）といいます。
「読（ど）」は、お経を見て読むことで「誦（じゅ）」は文字を見ないで読むことです。
声を出さないで読むことは、「看経（かんぎん）」といいます。
心構えとして、
1、 了解＝読んでもらい、聞かせていただくこと。
2、 理解＝聞いたら、その内容を理解し覚えること。
3、 体解＝自分で読み自分で聞き、その教えを実践すること。
いろいろな、お経の原典を集約すると約10万頁といわれていて、それらは経（きょう）・律（りつ）・論（ろん）
の三種類に分けられていることから、三蔵（さんぞう）ともいわれます。
般若心経の全部は600巻あり、これを大般若経といいますが、この大般若経を圧縮したものが
般若心経といわれ、262文字の中には大変なエキスが凝縮されているのです。
この短いお経の中で「空」の思想が最も大切といってよいでしょう。
「空」とはかたよらない・こだわらない・とらわれない自由の境地を意味します。
私たちは、誰でも、親であること、子であること、男であること、女であること、地位につくこと、
金持ちになること、これらにこだわり生きているのが大半ですが、その枠にはまった迷いの世界
から、悟りの世界に脱出すれば、そこは、空（自由の世界）になれると教えてあります。
「お経」の持つ波動
「お経」はお釈迦様が解脱（げだつ）する事により得た教えを、その弟子たちがまとめた哲学書です。
その道を極めるにはその意味を理解する事が必要となります。
しかし、お経の持つ波動的な解釈においては当然、言葉の響きそのものにも何らかの力があります。
特にお経の言葉は精神的な世界を表すだけに特別な力があるようです。
波動とは、原始レベルや素粒子などの超微弱エネルギーの事です。
また、「波動」がエネルギー化するのは共鳴現象によるということです。
私達もある人と波長が合う、合わないというのもうなずけると思います。
音楽もしかりです。 好きな音楽を聴くと人は誰でもリラックスできます。
音楽とは空気中を伝わる音の振動、即ち「波動」の芸術です。
波動が、私達の肉体・精神に共鳴現象という形で様々な効果を与えているという事です。
例えば、「南無阿弥陀仏」のナムアミダブツや、法華経の「ナムミョウホウレンゲキョウ」
や観音経、般若心経、真言声明も各々が身体の重要なポイントに共鳴するような響きを
持っていて、エネルギーを与えてくれるのでしょう。
お経を聴いていて眠くなるのは、その為？
An encounter with a sutra
VCD of Ng su-ting was bought at the department store in Zhanghua when going
in November, 2005 Taiwan.
In the album, it was said, Heart Music"Monjou" and the title
of the tune that existed in that was "Prajna Hahamits multi Cocoro.

It liked to see the buddhist image since I was a boy though I was not an
ardent buddhist.
The one such as Kamakura, Nara, and Kyoto to have gone to Butuzou in a
famous temple to meet many times.
Moreover, I loved fluting, and often went in the concert of Michiko's Akao
Shinufe.
Michiko Akao was an expert of the flute such as Shinufe, Ruufe, and Noucda,
and she waited for the pretty face and the aspect and it
was popular.
It is not caught in the status though she is a traditional flute player
in Japan, challenge various genres, and a wide repertoire
It took pride. There was an album of "Prajna Hahamits multi Cocoro"
in that ..passing...
I transmit the wave motion of passing in the sound of the novelty of the
tune and the whistle and Harmony with the percussion and
have the experience of be moved deeply very much.
Talk..based on..return Ng5-su-ting5 sing..pass..material..hear..again..mind..wash..think..taste.
"Prajna Hahamits multi Cocoro ..passing... " here. I want to
describe the thing of brief "Prajna Cocoro".
HANNYA SHINGYOU About the prajna core sutra
Sanzohoshi (AD600-664) in Tang Dynasty takes the prajna core sutra spread
to home from India now.
A sutra that consists of only 276 characters by what translated into Chinese
because of the Sanskrit word and is the shortest.
In the prajna core sutra, the thing of the one that exists in the one in
our world through all eternity of not being is basic.
It explains that the one that doesn't exist is empty.
They are made to be puzzled to the evil passion by all means when man attaches
too much importance to to something.
Therefore, the mind that they are not made to be puzzled to which doesn't
crack is the most important.
Only the mind is assumed to be empty. I think that "Yawara" that
a Hibari Misora sings has expressed the feelings well.
All suffering and the misfortunes of this world are removed by this empty,
dorky reason.
Sanskrit word
Sanskrit is an official language and a language in India in ancient times
and the Middle Ages used.
As a household word now also though one of the official languages of present
India because the classics language
There are few people who are speaking.
It is called the Sanskrit word in Japan specifying the thing that is the
language in general.
Moreover, it was called Sanskrit (Brahman's word) old.
Pious act that gives passing
The book of passing is said, "Sutra" and "Textbook".
Though it is said, "Sutra" in the Sanskrit word
It is originally assumed that it is a start to have called the one that
teaching was bound with the string "Pass".
It is said, "The truth reads and retreats ..no read aloud in "Go
sound passing.., and this how to call..".
In general, what is passing at the funeral and the buddhist service of
the thing and the misunderstanding that the priest nothing but
quietly hears Ta (lord)?
There are a lot of people who are doing. The deceased is recalled, and
of course, Ta does and is important for the priest holding
a service.
Passing is the one given by the person because of not reading and the remembrance
merely who recites.
Passing ..(of chanting sutra.. says) and reading aloud of it read aloud.
Be for "(..reading.. ..retreat..)" to see passing and in reading
to read without seeing the character.
It is said, "Sanzou" to read without speaking.
As an attitude
I will read, and 1 and consent = hear it.
Understand and remember the content when 2 and understanding = hearing
it.
Read thirdly and Tait = for myself, hear for myself, and practice the teaching.
When the original of various passing is consolidated, it is estimated at
page about 100,000, and they are passing (today),
the laws , and theories.
It ..(.. is called a) from division into San ..drinking.. kind by three
warehouses.
There are all of the prajna core sutra 600 volumes, and this, this large
..large prajna.. ..passing.. prajna, and the one that was compressed ..passing..
It is said the prajna core sutra, and has been condensed a serious extract
in 262 characters.
You may say that the thought of "Empty" is the most important
in this short passing.
"Empty" means the stage of the freedom that doesn't incline,
doesn't stick to, and is not caught.
As for us, everyone is parents it, a child it, a man it, a woman, and takes
to the position.
Becoming richness, and alive as it sticks to these are the worlds of the
waited hesitation in the frame though are major.
It is taught that can the sky there (world of freedom) if it twines and
it escapes to the world of , realizing.
Wave motion of "Passing"
"Pass" is a philosophy book by which the apprentices brought
teaching obtained by the thing that the Buddha externals emancipate
together.
It is needed to understand the meaning to study the road thoroughly.
However, there is naturally some power also in the sound about the word
in a wave motion interpretation of passing.
Especially, there seems to be special power because the word of passing
shows the mental world.
Wave motion is a primitive level and super-slight energy such as elementary
particles.
Moreover, to make "Wave motion" energy is to depend on resonance
phenomena.
The person who also has us is suitable for wavelength, and I think that
not suitable either can nod.
Music is a scolding. The person can relax everyone by listening to favorite
music.
Music is an art of the vibration of the sound transmitted in air, that
is, "Wave motion".
The thing that wave motion gives various effects to our body and spirit
in shape of resonance phenomena.
For instance, Namuamidabts and Houcata of "South no Amida France""Namumyouhourengekyou"
Of the goddess of mercy sutra, the prajna core sutra, the mantra statement,
and of each : the resonating sound to an important
point of the body.
It has, and energy might be given.
Therefore, do listening to passing and to sleepy :?
